Pam Hamilton is the author of Supercharged Teams:  30 Tools of Great Teamwork (published in December 2020), and The Workshop Book. She has developed a proven public sector co-creation method called Project Bridge to bring people and organisations together to solve complex issues in our communities.  

She began her career in consumer insights at Kraft Foods and Unilever, joined Research International as MD of Innovation Bureau Fifteen20, and was Head of Creative Development at ITV Imagine.  Pam founded Ignite, Workshop Cookbook and Paraffin.
