Join the Conversation

Supercharged Teams is launching in March 2021. Pam will be hosting a conversation event each week to discuss the opportunities and challenges facing teams today, based on the 13 chapters of the book. We will invite guest speakers to discuss each chapter via Zoom and we invite you to join the conversation. Each conversation will be an hour, covering:

1. Introduction to the Supercharged Teams chapter from Pam
2. Guests share experiences, lessons learned and stories relating to the topic
3. Q&A with the audience

Agreeing on what the team will deliver, by when, is a first step in any team. Chapter 7: Ways to work together – rules of engagement to keep teamwork strong
